The Harbor's 2025 Annual Report

Since 1976, The Harbor has stood alongside survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking throughout Clatsop County. In 2025, that commitment remained as important as ever. Survivors are facing increasingly complex challenges, from housing instability and limited community resources to barriers to accessing trauma-informed care. With the support of our donors, partners, volunteers, and neighbors, The Harbor continued to meet those needs while building new ways to prevent violence before it happens.

Our 2025 Annual Report shares the stories, programs, partnerships, and people behind that work. This year’s impact included:

• 39 survivors and children finding safety in our confidential shelter for a total of 5,732 bed nights

• 556 calls answered through our 24-hour crisis line, providing more than 9,700 minutes of support

• 195 outreach events and activities, representing 416 hours spent connecting with our community

• 306 Traditional Health Worker services and advocacy at 13 sexual assault exams

• Expanded violence prevention efforts, including Green Dot bystander intervention training

• The launch of Resilience in Motion, a culturally grounded program created by our Latinx team to strengthen families through movement, connection, and community

• Continued youth advocacy, school-based prevention, culturally specific services, housing assistance, legal advocacy, and support for survivors throughout Clatsop County
